Yes and No.  In 2018 the BC government decided that it was too much of a conflict of interest to represent more than 1 side of the real estate transaction.  There for yes, If I list your home I can not represent a buyer for your home.  If the buyer chooses to be unrepresented then I can still do up the contract but would only be working for you as the seller.  This doesn't happen very often and so it is more likely that the buyer will have their own realtor. Great question.  Yes, MOST Realtors are all the same.  They do the same things and say the same stuff.  MOST Realtors get professional quality photos & videos done, put you on the internet and post your home on Facebook and Instagram pages.  If all you want is drone videos and Facebook posts then flip a coin and pick any old Realtor.  But I am guessing you are not spending all that money on commissions just for a Video.  

If you want a Realtor that has the experience to make sure that you are protected in any situation.  If you want a Realtor that knows how to negotiate a deal and get you the best price possible.  If you want a Realtor that you can trust to make sure that the most expensive and stressful thing that you will probably ever do will be a smooth and rewarding experience.  Then you should choose me as your Realtor.  I will do everything that every other realtor will do ... and ... In Real Estate we classify different times of the year as different markets.  The Spring Market, The Summer Market, The Fall Market and the Winter Market.  Each market has its advantages and disadvantages.  It is True that the Spring and Fall Markets typically (at least in the Kamloops Area) are the busiest.  This means that there will be more homes for sale and also more buyers out looking at homes.  Summer is hit and miss.  It can be busy or there can be a lull while everyone is on summer vacations.  Winter is cold and not the most fun time to be looking at homes or moving so it tends to be slower with less choices and less buyers.

Spring and Fall are great if you want to move when it is warm, have lots of choices and have lots of people coming through your home.  I would usually say that you want to be on the market for the spring rush.

Spring and summer are great for recreation properties.  This is when people are thinking about vacations and get the itch for their own lake cabin.  Summer can also be a time where you can get a bit of a deal as a buyer if you happen to hit that lull when sellers are expecting to get a lot of action and find themselves not getting the showings they expected.

Winter can be a great time to buy or sell.  Both sides tend to be more serious and motivated and willing to make a deal.  Less competition means more time to negotiate.
